Normalizing Relations with Sudan in Interest of US; Nafie
Sudan Vision -  May 08
Khartoum - National Congress Party (NCP), Deputy Head of Party's Affairs, Dr. Nafie Ali Nafie said the US is now led to normalizing its relations with Sudan on account of its interests.

He accused the fifth column and opposition parties of provoking a (demoralization war) and instigating rumours denoting the death of the regime.

Addressing the Party's Consultative Council in River Nile state he said victory war of liberating Abu Karshola will be one to eradicate all the traitors and fifth column members.

He added, "The formal duty of opposition parties inside the country is to accomplish a moral victory through spreading rumours to protect the invaders as well as escalating the issue in the media and pressurizing the government politically after their efforts to bring about change proved fruitless."

The members of the fifth column in Khartoum, he said, are of the same persuasion of those who intimidated citizens in Abu Karshola besides the so-called Sudanese Revolutionary Front (SRF).

Nafie affirmed that the morale of SRF leaders collapsed following the injury of SRF leaders Al-Hilu; a thing which stalled the advance of their battle; a battle which was meant to achieve a media blast at the expense of innocent civilians.

On a separate account; Nafie said that the US and other the western nations which have for long been hostile to Sudan are now changing their attitudes, pointing out that the US has lost confidence in the people favouring their agenda in Sudan.

It is worth noting that council's conference in River Nile state was held in line with the efforts to send caravans to citizens affected by the events in South and North Kordofan.
