Port Sudan Ready to Export South Sudan Oil Sudan Vision - April 15
Khartoum – Red Sea State Government Advisor, Al-Sadiq Al-Miliak affirmed the readiness of Port Sudan to receive (150 – 200 thousand) barrels of oil daily to be exported by the end of next May.
He told Sudan Vision that the resumption of oil pumping will reflect positively on the Sudanese economy and will lead to the decline of Dollar rate besides the stability in exchange rate and the increase in Sudan exports through the economical tripartite programme.
Al-Miliak revealed the considerable boom in all the sea harbours through the increase of trucks movements which will have its positive impact on the economical situation in the country as a whole, pointing out that the revenue of the Sixth Red Sea Tourism and Marketing Festival exceeded US$62 million.
