Sudan, Brazil to Advance Industrial Relations

Khartoum - The Minister of Industry Eng. Abdul-Wahab Mohamed Osman affirmed profoundness of the advanced economic-industrial relations between Sudan and Brazil in various fields.
 
This came when he met in his office at the ministry last Wednesday the Brazilian companies on production of sugar and ethanol led by the Executive Director of the Brazilian Ebla Company Flafio Castilla. 

 


The Minister welcomed the desire of Brazilian investors and companies to invest in industrial sector in the fields of sugar and ethanol production, pointing out that Sudan enjoys agro-industrial capabilities for sugar and ethanol manufacturing as well as availability of natural resources including vast arable lands, water and infrastructures. 

He invited the Brazilian delegation to transfer modern technologies for use in sugar and ethanol industry, stressing importance of exchanging expertise and experiences in this field.
Castilla, meanwhile, expressed desire of the Brazilian sugar and ethanol producers to invest in these two sectors, explaining that their visit came to reactivate the joint economic and industrial cooperation between the two countries.
